If you are an active Customer Center user, a Welcome email containing your Finastra Customer Success Community username and instructions for setting up your password was sent to the email address you used to access Customer Center. If the Welcome email is not in your Inbox, please look in your Junk folder.
If you did not receive your Welcome email, contact the Finastra Customer Success support team for assistance. Please include your financial institution name, first and last name and your current Customer Center username.
